About Us

We turn intentions into action since 2015

Since our foundation in 2015, we have been committed to transforming workplace behaviour through evidence-based psychological interventions. Our mission is to empower individuals, organisations, and communities to adopt a proactive mindset, develop the necessary skills, and turn intentions into impactful outcomes that contribute to sustainable economic development.

From research to action

The MOVE Entrepreneurship Training Institute was founded in 2015 by Prof. Dr. Kim Marie Bischoff and Dr. Miriam Stark to provide evidence-based entrepreneurship training programmes to a wider audience beyond the scope of university funding and research studies.

Prof. Dr. Bischoff was part of the research team led by Prof. Dr. Michael Frese, which developed the STEP and Personal Initiative (PI) training programmes. MOVE was born from their collaborative scientific endeavours, with the aim of making these proven interventions accessible to a wider audience and driving sustainable change worldwide.
