With over 10 years of experience working internationally, MOVE designs and delivers evidence-based training programmes in a variety of cultural, institutional and economic settings across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and beyond. We work with a wide range of target groups, including entrepreneurs, MSMEs, youth, women and refugees, public servants, bank employees, customer service agents and organisational teams.

In all these settings, we develop new interventions, adapt existing ones to local circumstances, deliver training to trainers, and continuously monitor and evaluate the implementation process. This ensures that our programmes are context-sensitive, high-quality, scalable and sustainable over time.

Our long-standing engagement in regions such as Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East has enabled us to build strong expertise in intercultural collaboration and large-scale programme delivery. This enables us to design interventions that are locally relevant while remaining firmly grounded in proven scientific methodology.
