Since our foundation in 2015, we have implemented over 40 training and research projects in more than 25 countries. Our interventions have reached over 25,000 entrepreneurs, young people and professionals, and have been supported by over 15 impact evaluations.

We strengthen personal initiative, entrepreneurial behaviour, and proactive leadership worldwide, from large-scale World Bank –supported programmes in Africa, Europe, and Asia, to leadership and innovation initiatives such as the Proactivity Training for an Effortless Customer Experience in Abu Dhabi.
