These interventions focus on strengthening the individual agency, self-reliance and proactive behaviour of people shaping their own economic paths.

They are particularly suited to:

• entrepreneurs and small business owners;
• aspiring entrepreneurs and job seekers;
• women, young people, and other vulnerable or underserved groups;
• community leaders operating outside formal organisational hierarchies.

The trainings equips participants with the entrepreneurial, psychological, and behavioural skills needed to identify opportunities, persevere through challenges, and create sustainable livelihoods and impact within their communities.
