what we do and how we do it
At MOVE, our work integrates project implementation, scientific expertise and capacity building. It is organised around three core areas.
Interventions
We develop and deliver action-oriented interventions that are tailored to specific target groups, contexts and objectives. We support projects throughout the entire cycle, from design to implementation and follow-up.
Our services include:
- Development, adaptation, and implementation of training interventions
- Context-sensitive project design and project management
- Training, coaching and consulting for individuals, teams, and organizations
- Advisory support for large-scale training project implementation and intercultural management
Research & Evaluation
Scientific rigour lies at the heart of our work. We continuously incorporate the latest research from the fields of psychology, entrepreneurship, proactivity and business administration into our interventions.
Our activities include:
- Research on action orientation, proactivity, entrepreneurship and organisational behaviour
- Monitoring and evaluation of ongoing training programmes
- Evaluation studies using appropriate scientific and applied methods
- Research-based consulting to inform programme design and strategic decisions
This ensures that our work remains evidence-informed, effective and responsive to real-world challenges.
Trainer Academy
Achieving sustainable impact requires strong local capacity. Through our Trainer Academy, we establish and maintain trainer networks around the world.
Our activities include:
- Training of trainers in action-oriented methodology and interventions
- Coaching and mentoring of trainers during and after implementation
- Trainer refresher training to ensure quality, consistency and continuous learning
- Ongoing exchange and learning across international trainer networks
By strengthening trainers’ skills and mindset, we ensure that knowledge remains contextualised and continues to evolve beyond individual projects.
